David Ngaihte plays as winger and has good pace. He is also very skilful and works hard on the pitch. The Cristiano Ronaldo and David Villa fan only started playing around the age of 16-17 but proved to be a fast learner. Ngaihte played in Delhi for lower division clubs in 2007. The turning point in his life was when he represented Delhi in Santosh Trophy in Odisha in 2012. Following this, he joined Southern Samity in Kolkata and then Rangdajied United for their first season in the I-League in 2013-14.
